A Note of Thanks

A Note of Thanks card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  I used the layout to create a clean and simple teacher themed thank you card.

For the focal image, I stamped and die cut a pair of dotted apples using Reverse Confetti's Class Act stamps and dies.  The apples were arranged on a piece of charcoal gray composition lined patterned paper that I had placed across an apple green card base.  For the sentiment, I stamped the set's "a note of thanks" sentiment on a scrap of kraft cardstock.  I tucked the sentiment panel underneath the bottom edge of the patterned paper strip to finish the card.

Materials Used:
Class Act stamp set, Class Act dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Tuxedo Black and Memento Luxe Pear Tart, Love Letter, and Rich Cocoa inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Lemon Grass pigment ink (Avery Elle); Sour Apple cardstock (My Favorite Things); Kraft cardstock (Papertrey Ink); School Daze 6x6 paper pad (My Mind's Eye); foam tape
