Delightful Hanukkah

Happy Hanukkah card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Lawn Fawn
The theme for the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge is winter holidays.  With a few days still left to celebrate, I put together a mostly monochromatic Hanukkah card using Lawn Fawn's Love You a Latke stamp set and dies.

I stamped the menorah image, then colored it with Copic markers before cutting it out with the matching die.  After stamping the flames directly on a round panel in gold ink, I added the menorah on top using foam tape for dimension.  The panel was matted on silver paper, then adhered to a blue card base over a pair of blue pierced circle die cuts.  I tucked a strip of light blue cardstock wrapped with some silver thread underneath the image panel.  The two line Hanukkah sentiment was stamped just beneath the light blue strip in navy blue ink to coordinate with the rest of the design.

Materials Used:
Love You a Latke stamp set, Love You a Latke dies (Lawn Fawn); Memento Tuxedo Black and Delicata Golden Glitz inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Night of Navy and Bashful Blue cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Enchanted Evening cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Silver cardstock (Recollections); circle dies (Spellbinders); Pierced Circle STAX dies (My Favorite Things); silver thread; foam tape
