Have an Ice Day

Have an Ice Day card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Hello Bluebird
Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  I inked up a new to me Hello Bluebird set for my wintery design.

For the focal image, I used Copic markers to color up a skating bunny from the Skating Party stamp set.  After cutting the image out with my Scan 'n Cut machine, I used foam tape to adhere it to a pale gray circle.  The set's "have an ice day" sentiment was positioned on my clear block so that it curved to match the shape of the round panel, then stamped in black ink.  I placed the image panel on a diagonally striped patterned paper panel over narrow strips of blue and shiny silver cardstock.  The panel was matted on blue cardstock to match one of the cardstock strips, then adhered to a coordinating pale blue card base.

Materials Used:
Skating Party stamp set (Hello Bluebird); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Soft Sky and Blue Bayou cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Grout Gray cardstock (My Favorite Things); Silver cardstock, Winter Frost 6x6 paper pad (Recollections); circle dies (Spellbinders); white flock (Stampendous); foam tape
