My Cup of Tea
Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge. I combined the sketch with elements from the inspiration photo (the tea theme and the colors of the macarons) for my simple design.
My teacups are from the One Cup set from Verve Stamps. I colored them up with Copic markers and cut them out with the matching die from the Cuppa Tea die set. The sentiment is from the Better Together set. It was stamped in pink ink on a white circle, then the teacups were positioned to the right of the text using foam tape for dimension. I adhered the circle to a pink pierced square die cut. After matting the die cut square on orange cardstock, I positioned it at the top of a lemon yellow card base.
Materials Used:
One Cup and Better Together stamp sets, Cuppa Tea dies (Verve Stamps); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Bubblegum ink, Pierced Square STAX dies (My Favorite Things); markers (Copic); Pale Peony, Lemon Tart, and Summer Sunrise cardstock (Papertrey Ink); circle dies (Spellbinders); foam tape
