Showering You with Get Well Wishes

Showering You with Get Well Wishes card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from WPlus9
Here's my card for the current sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.  I represented the layout's pair of round elements with a trio of weather-related images--I'm counting the sun/cloud cluster as a single element here!

The umbrella from WPlus9's Love Showers set was positioned in front of the dotted blue panel adhered across a coordinating light blue card base.  The die cut sun/cloud combo, created with the Sunshine Layers die set, was positioned above and behind the dotted paper.  I tucked a narrow strip of silver cardstock underneath the bottom edge of the dotted panel for contrast, then stamped the "showering you with get well wishes" sentiment directly on the panel.  The text is actually a mix of stamps from two WPlus9 sets--love when sets work together so well!  The final touch was a trio of silver sequin "raindrops" arranged below the umbrella image.

Materials Used:
Love Showers and Sending, Hoping, Wishing stamp sets, Sunshine Layers dies (WPlus9); Memento Tuxedo Black and Lady Bug inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Bashful Blue and Shimmery White cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Spring Rain and Lemon Tart patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); Silver cardstock (Recollections); silver sequins; foam tape
