Have a Ridiculously Amazing Day
Here's my card for the current challenge at CAS(e) this Sketch. I used a mostly monochromatic blue color scheme with a bit of sparkle. For the layout's center panel, I die cut a star-filled navy strip, then filled in the negative space by backing the strip with some silver cardstock to bring the sparkle. I adhered the panel to a lighter blue cardstock panel matted on silver cardstock, then adhered the layered panels to a dark blue card base matching the star-filled strip. I used the Snarky Shadow Hello stamp/die set from Lil' Inker Designs for the sentiment. The "hello" was stamped in a pair of blue inks that matched the two shades of blue on the card. I stamped the "have a ridiculously amazing day" sentiment in blue ink on a super narrow strip of silver cardstock. After folding back the ends of the strip, I adhered it to the cardfront using a bit of foam tape at the center for dimension along with regular adhesive to anchor the flat ends.
