Enjoy the Ride

Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge. I combined the sketch with elements from the inspiration photo (a VW-style vehicle and an array colors) for this cheery design.

I colored up the VW beetle image from Papertrey Ink's Enjoy the Ride set with Copic markers, adding a little shine to the headlights with a glitter brush pen.  The colored image was cut out with the matching die, then adhered to a long, narrow strip of rainbow striped paper using foam tape for dimension.  I matted the striped panel on blue cardstock before adhering it to a bright yellow card base.  For the sentiment, I stamped the set's "congratulations" sentiment on a double ended banner strip that matches the mat beneath the striped paper.  I used more foam tape to adhere the sentiment strip over the bottom of the rainbow striped panel just beneath the VW beetle image.
