Hello Friend

Hello Friend card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn
The theme for the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge is "little things."  I used little images from Lawn Fawn's Love Letters stamp set on this clean and simple design.  I colored up one of the set's birdie images in yellow and used the coordinating die to cut out the colored image.  I also stamped one of the set's teeny tiny speech bubble images in red and die cut that image, too.  Before positioning the images on a white stitched rectangle die cut using foam tape, I adhered a red script hello border die cut to the bottom of the panel.  The bird was placed so it was standing on the "tail" of the "hello."  I stamped the word "friend" from the Love Ya Bunches stamp set just beneath the bird in red ink.  After matting the panel on red cardstock, I adhered it to a coordinating cheery yellow card base.

Materials Used:
Love Letters and Love Ya Bunches stamp sets, Love Letters and Hello Border dies (Lawn Fawn); Memento Tuxedo Black and Lady Bug inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Red Punch cardstock (Recollections); Bright Buttercup cardstock (Papertrey Ink); stitched rectangle dies (Lil' Inker Designs); foam tape
