You're So Very Kind

You're So Very Kind card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
Here's my card for the current Global Design Project challenge.  I used the layout to make a simple floral thank you card.  The large sentiment stamped in green ink on a green cardstock panel is the focal image for the design.  I paired stamps from two Reverse Confetti stamp sets to get my sentiment.  I really like the mix of fonts in this pairing!  The sentiment panel was matted on darker green cardstock and adhered to a dotted green panel wrapped with some green twine, using foam tape to help it stand out. The panel was adhered to a green card base that matches the sentiment panel.  To dress up the sentiment, I stamped up several flowers using pigment inks and RC's Blooms 'n Buds stamp set.  The flowers were arranged at the corners of the sentiment panel, with some tucked beneath the raised panel and others layered over it with some foam tape.

Materials Used:
Blooms 'n Buds and Word Up stamp sets, Lime Green ink, Blooms 'n Buds dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Luxe Angel Pink, Dandelion, and Rose Bud inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Spring Moss and Ripe Avocado cardstock, Simply Chartreuse patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); green twine; foam tape
