Cooler with You

Here's my card for the current Lawn Fawnatics "see through" themed challenge.  My clear element is some vellum used as ice for ths sweet skating bear from Lawn Fawn's Beary Happy Holidays stamp set.

 I colored up the bear image with Copic markers, then used the matching die to cut out the colored image.  For the background, I embossed a light blue cardstock panel with a snowflake pattern.  To make the snowflakes glisten like they were icy, I lightly brushed a shimmery ink pad over the raised areas.  For the ice, I embossed one of the sentiments from the stamp set on a piece of vellum in white.  The skating "trail" was cut with one of the Stitched Trail dies, then the panel was adhered to the bottom portion of the embossed blue panel.  The bear was added on top, using foam tape for dimension.  The finished panel was matted on white cardstock then adhered to a red card base, angling it for interest.
