Simple Sympathy

Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  My mom took most of the sympathy cards I had on hand, so I used the sketch to put a simple one together to replenish my stash.

With Sympathy card-designed by Lori Tecle/Inking Aloud-stamps from Papertrey Ink
I stamped a leafy branch from Papertrey Ink's Turning a New Leaf set in green pigment ink on a pale green card base.  The branch was filled in with a trio of flowers from the Everyday Classics stamp set, stamped in pink pigment ink.  For a bit of dimension, I dotted the center of each flower with pale pink Liquid Pearls.  One of the "with sympathy" sentiments from the Keep It Simple: Sympathy stamp set was stamped in brown ink on a narrow kraft cardstock strip, then placed over the stamped branch using foam tape for dimension to finish the design.

Materials Used:
Turning a New Leaf, Everyday Classics, and Keep It Simple:  Sympathy stamp sets, Spring Moss and Kraft cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Lemon Grass pigment ink (Avery Elle); Memento Luxe Rich Cocoa and Rose Bud inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Petal Pink Liquid Pearls (Ranger); foam tape
