Holiday Cheer

Holiday Cheer card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Concord & 9th
Here's my card for the current challenge at TGIF Challenges.  I used a large snowflake die from Concord & 9th as my focal point.  The flake was cut from shimmery white cardstock and adhered to the top of a blue card base.  The "holiday cheer" sentiment from C&9th's Snow Flurry stamp set was stamped in white pigment ink on a dark blue cardstock strip.  After edging the sentiment strip with narrow strips of shiny silver cardstock, I positioned it on the cardfront across the middle of the snowflake.  I accented the text with a trio of silver sequins to finish the simple design.

Materials Used:
Snow Flurry stamp set, Snow Flurry dies (Concord & 9th); Memento Luxe Wedding Dress ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Enchanted Evening and Blueberry Sky cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Crystal Stardream cardstock (The Paper Cut); silver paper (Target); silver sequins
