A Latte Birthday Wishes

Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge.  I paired the layout with elements from the inspiration photo, including the color scheme, mug image, knit texture, and warm glow from the candles, to create this latte themed birthday design with stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs.

A Latte Birthday Wishes card-created by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs
I stamped the mug and latte images with pigment inks, then used the matching die to cut out the stamped image.  The image was adhered to a dark gray stitched oval die cut using foam tape for dimension.  The oval was adhered to a white cardstock panel over a strip of pale gray knit patterned paper. The patterned paper was edged with narrow strips of gold cardstock to bring in the warm glow element from the inspiration photo.  The patterned paper strip was just wide enough to fit the "a latte birthday wishes" greeting from LID's Latte Love stamp set. I stamped the text just above the image before adhering the finished panel to a pale gray card base.

Materials Used:
Latte Love stamp set, Latte Love and Stitched Oval dies (Lil' Inker Designs); Memento Luxe Rich Cocoa and Gray Flannel and Memento Tuxedo Black inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Steel Grey cardstock (My Favorite Things); Soft Stone cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Knit Picky 6x6 paper pad (Lawn Fawn); Gold Foil cardstock (Recollections); foam tape
