Color Throwdown 627-All Warm and Toasty

 

It's time for another Color Throwdown!  It's my turn to be the challenge hostess and I've found an warm and cozy inspiration photo featuring some pom pom adorned blankets in shades of pale pink, blue, gray.

I paired the colors with the current Fab Friday challenge and stamps from The Cat's Pajamas. My focal image is the pair of skating sheep from the Melt My Ice set.  I colored the duo with Copic markers then used my Scan 'n Cut to cut out the colored image. The pair was adhered to the left side of a blue background with a strip of shimmery white ice at the bottom using foam tape for dimension.   The "you make me feel all warm and toasty" sentiment from the Sheepish set was stamped on a pale pink fishtail flag strip and adhered to the upper right side of the panel.  I matted the panel on gray cardstock and adhered it to a pink cardfront over a pink plaid patterned paper panel.
