Here's my card for this month's Altenew inspiration challenge. I created a clean and simple floral design inspired by the cluster of eggs at the center of the inspiration photo. The baby blue of the eggs is represented by the blue card base, while the eggs are represented by the florals. My flowers are from the Bright Blossoms stamp set. I used Altenew's Crisp inks to stamp the flower and leaves, choosing colors that coordinate with those in the inspiration photo. After cutting the images out with the matching dies, I used foam tape to arrange the flowers at the bottom right of the cardfront. The leaves were tucked underneath. For the sentiment, I used the Simple Greetings die set to create a two-toned hello in shades of purple cardstock. I adhered it beneath the flower cluster. To finish the design, I positioned a pair of narrow cardstock strips matching the die cut sentiment at the bottom of the card.
Materials Used:
Bright Blossoms stamp set, Dew Drops, Lavender Fields, Ultraviolet, Grass Field, and Shadow Creek Crisp inks, Bright Blossoms and Simple Greetings dies (Altenew); Soft Sky cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Very Violet cardstock (Recollections); foam tape
