Leafy Thank You

Leafy Thank You card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Altenew
Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. I used the layout to create an easy to mail thank you card in a gender neutral theme/color scheme. The large cream curved edge panel was filled with the large leafy branch image from Altenew's Leaf Canopy stamp set. The image was stamped in Olive Crisp Ink on light green cardstock before it was cut out with the matching die. I edged the curved panel with a narrow gold foil cardstock curved strip to add an elegant detail to the simple design. The panel was adhered to a green card base matching the cardstock I used for stamping the leafy branck image. I brought in a bit more of the metallic gold with the layered die cut "thanks" sentiment that crosses the green and cream sections of the cardfront. The "so very much" from the Leaf Canopy set was stamped in olive ink on a narrow strip of light green cardstock and adhered beneath the die cut word to finish the design.

Materials Used:
Leaf Canopy stamp set, Olive Crisp Ink, Leaf Canopy and Simple Greetings dies (Altenew); Spring Moss cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Gold Foil cardstock (Recollections); Stitched Basic Edges dies (My Favorite Things)
