Color Throwdown 648-Beary Special Day

 It's time for another Color Throwdown! Lynn is our hostess this week with a vibrant mix of colors--orange, pink, green, and lavender.

I paired the colors with the current challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges. I scaled down the challenge layout to fit a mini slimline design. The two large round panels were filled with images from Reverse Confetti's The Bear Up There stamp set. I colored the images with Copic markers, then used my Scan 'n Cut to cut them out before positioning them on the circles using foam tape for dimension. The round panels were arranged at the sides of a hot pink cardstock panel, then trimmed so that the edges were even with the panel's sides.   I had just enough room to stamp the "it's a beary special day" sentiment between the panels. The finished panel was adhered to an orange mini slimline card base to match the pair of narrow strips at the left side of the pink cardstock panel.
