For a Great Teacher

Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. I used the layout for a teacher themed design. The trio of elements in the sketch were represented with die cut apples created with the Apple Pieces dies from Lil' Inker Designs. The apples were arranged over a red cardstock strip that runs down the center of a kraft card base. To set the panel off from the background, I edged it with dark brown cardstock. The red apple was adhered with foam tape so it would stand out from the red background. I stamped the "for a great teacher" sentiment from LID's Apple of my Eye stamp set above the apple trio in dark brown ink to finish the card.
