I cut the detailed version of the die from white cardstock and used Copic markers to color in the individual elements. The colored elements were arranged inside the frame of a second detailed die cut, this time cut from chocolate brown cardstock. To add on the arms and legs, I used the solid die to cut the base from the same brown cardstock and adhered the colored pieces and frame to this piece. The assembled piece was adhered to a pink stitched circle die cut. After positioning the circle at the left side of a piece of LF's Perfectly Plaid-Spring patterned paper and trimming the circle to be even with the edge of the patterned panel, I placed the panel on a pink card base. The "everything is s'more fun with friends like you" sentiment was stamped in white pigment ink on a dark brown fishtail flag strip. So that the text would pop against the dark background, I heat embossed it in white. The strip was adhered to the cardfront extending out from underneath the right edge of the die cut piece to finish the design.
