Swinging By to Say Hello Friend

Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. I used the layout's large oval as the background for a simple scene featuring a monkey from Lawn Fawn's Love Ya Bunches stamp set. The monkey image was colored with Copic markers and cut out with the matching die. I used the Tropical Vine Borders die to cut a pair of vines from dark green cardstock. After arranging the vine die cuts at the top of an aqua  panel, I added the monkey to the vines, using foam tape to secure the image.  The panel was adhered to the back of a light green cardstock panel with an oval "window" that allows the image and die cuts to show through. I stamped the sentiment on two green panels that matched the color of the vines, then used foam tape to position them at opposite sides of the oval. The finished panel was adhered to a dark green card base matching the vines and the sentiment strips.
