Color Throwdown 689-With Caring Thoughts

It's time for another Color Throwdown! Vickie is our hostess this week with a vibrant color palette--orange, pink, and green. 

I paired the colors with Altenew's Bright Blossoms stamp set for a simple thinking of you card. I stamped the flowers in pinks and oranges, then cut them out with the matching dies. I did the same for the leaves, stamping them in shades of green. After settling on a cluster arrangement of the images, I placed them over a wide pink cardstock strip edged with a narrow orange strip positioned near the bottom of a white cardstock panel. The "with caring thoughts" sentiment from the versatile Thinking of You set was stamped beneath the flowers in pink ink. I adhered the panel to a coordinating orange card base.
