I needed a birthday card, so I used the colors for this taco themed celebratory card. The tacos and birthday hat were made with Lawn Fawn's Year Nine stamp set. After coloring the stamped images with Copic markers, I cut them out by hand, then positioned them on a white die cut circle. I placed the circle on an orange card base over a narrow strip of green cardstock edged with an even narrower strip of red cardstock. I stamped the taco themed birthday sentiment on more strips of red cardstock and adhered the text to the left of the images, using foam tape for dimension. The cardstock is super dark, so the sentiment looks more muted than I would have liked, especially in this photo... A trio of orange matte enamel dots arranged around the sentiment and image panel finished off the design.
To play along, just create a paper crafted project using these colors as a starting point and add a direct link to your finished project using the linky tool found at the end of this week's CTD post. As always, if you don’t have exact color matches, something close works just fine. Just be sure that the challenge colors are the dominant ones in your project. And, if you upload your project to an online gallery, use the keyword
