Fun Summer Treat Pack

Clear & Simple Stamps is releasing another new, free template today for everyone to enjoy. This one’s just perfect for summer. It’s an easy to assemble Summer Treat Pack that fits 4 (or 8) of those little drink mix packets. This will make such a great summer gift! You can download the template here to try it out yourself.

Here’s my version, using images from the Sunshine stamp set that will be available from CSS on July 15. I stamped one of the sun images randomly in orange ink on the coordinating orange template piece before assembling (the stamping is hidden by my drink packs, but I promise, it’s there!). The fruit patterned shimmery paper was a perfect match for this template. I used a piece of the paper across the bottom panel of the template, then tied a coordinating satin ribbon around it. I filled my treat pack with pink lemonade packets.

I also made a fun tag using the same sun image and one of the set’s many sentiments. I added a sparkly rhinestone to the center of the sun as a fun embellishment.

July’s Stamp of the Month, Summer, goes perfectly with this template. It’s available starting today. Use code DTBlog709 for $1 off this set. Also available today is this month’s Copic Trio Bundle, Yellow 1, which includes Y00, Y06, and Y08—perfect summer colors! You can purchase the Stamp of the Month along with which includes the set of 3 Yellow 1 markers for $25. Great deal, isn’t it?
