The snowman image is layered on a sparkly blue panel embossed with a snowflake embossing folder. I layered the embossed panel on a red mat, then on a blue card base (6" by 3 1/2") wrapped with a red ribbon. The "let it snow" sentiment from the Jolly Little Winter kit fit perfectly under the embossed panel to finish the card.

Let it Snow--But Not Quite Yet!
Here's my card for this week's Weekend Sketch Challenge. It came together quickly using images from two different Unity Stamp Co. kits from i {heart} papers.
I started with the idea of using the round snowman image from Unity's October Stampin' Store Kit, Wonderful You, as my focal image. The snowman's stamped in light blue ink on shimmery white cardstock, then cut out with a Nestabilities circle die. The snowflakes around the snowman image are filled in with different sized rhinestones for some more sparkle. I layered the snowman on a slightly darker blue mat, then on a red scalloped circle mat for contrast. I used a white gel pen to add a dot on each scallop as an accent.
