Chip off the Old Block

Here's my space-themed card for today's SCS sketch challenge featuring images from the DoodleFactory Final Frontier stamp set from Starving Artistamps. The two different sizes of the Dash image were just perfect to use with the "chip off the old block" sentiment from the Woods Sentiments set!

I stamped big Dash and little Dash on white cardstock in black ink and colored them with shades of blue Copic markers. I used some green glittery accents (Stickles and a Spica pen) on the images, too. The sentiment is stamped in coordinating blue ink just below the robot pair.

In keeping with the space theme, I set a piece of star patterned paper on a blue card base to serve as a background for the image. I layered a soft blue strip across the cardfront and added a pair of blue star-shaped brads and a twill ribbon tab as accents before putting the image panel in place.
