The other paper in the panel under the guitar is the reverse side of the striped pattern--makes it easy to match things up! I wrapped a piece of twill (from my scrap pile--love using up those bits and pieces!) around the patterned paper before attaching it to the kraft card base. I matted the guitar image in coordinating cardstock colors before layering it on the card with dimensionals. I added the "rock on" sentiment along the bottom of the card.

Rock On!
This week's Paper Craft Planet sketch, shared by Kim, is a pretty simple and straightforward sketch, but I had a hard time deciding what to do with it! I finally went for a simple masculine card featuring some fun images from Unity's October Kit of the Month.
I used the guitar image for the focal point of my design. I colored the guitar with Copic markers to coordinate with the colors in the striped BoBunny designer paper I used for the center panel underneath the image.

If you want to join us for this week's sketch challenge, upload your card to the PCP gallery using the keyword sk103109 so it can be added to this week's album for everyone to admire.
