Love Is in the Air

I have a few Stamping Bella images that haven't seen ink yet, so I pulled out one of them for this week's Mojo Monday sketch. I had the perfect sentiment in my collection to match the Solly TUDE image!

I colored sweet Solly with Copic markers and added some Stickles highlights to her cute outfit. The cloudy sky background was added in with a cloud template and some shimmery chalks.

The image was colored to coordinate with the My Mind's Eye Be Loved patterned paper I used to cover the melon card base. I probably wouldn't have combined this trio of colors on my own! I stamped the "love is in the air" sentiment in red ink on an aqua strip with curved edges and layered it on the card, overlapping the image a bit. A punched heart, incorporating this week's challenge from Crazy 4 Challenges to use punches on your creation, is at the left edge of the sentiment as an accent.
