Krafty Kind Deeds

How exciting to see my fellow i {heart} papers design team member Cathleen selected as this week's featured stamper on SCS! I spent a little time cruising her gallery before selecting this pretty card to put my own spin on.

I replaced the image Cathleen used with the floral silhouette image from the Kind Deeds set from Clear & Simple Stamps. This set is this month's stamp of the month--be sure to use the code CSS0510 for a $1 discount on the set through the end of May. I stamped the image in CSS's Kraft Like a Rockstar Green ink on Kraft Ivory cardstock, one of the 6 varieties of papers included in the Kraft Like a Rockstar Designer mix.

The bottom of the panel is punched with the Moroccan Lace border punch. A strip of coordinating Kraft Like a Rockstar Green is attached behind the punched section. I did a row of paper piercing at the bottom for some added interest. A piece of matching Kraft Like a Rockstar Green satin ribbon runs across the card, with a pretty bow at the center. The CSS satin ribbon is double-faced, so it's perfect for making bows.

Materials Used:
Kind Deeds stamp set, Kraft Like a Rockstar Green ink, Kraft Like a Rockstar Designer Mix (Kraft Ivory), Kraft Like a Rockstar Green cardstock, Kraft Like a Rockstar Green satin ribbon (Clear & Simple Stamps); Moroccan Lace border punch (EK Success)
