I stamped the set’s lion image for the focal image. The image is colored with Copic markers and I added an airbrushed sky. It’s cut out with a Nestabilities rectangle die using the out of the box technique so that the lion’s tail extends beyond the border of the rectangle—too cute!
I used patterned papers from two different lines for the cardfront. The kraft panel is a piece of Basic Grey’s Basics Kraft paper and the dotted paper comes from October Afternoon’s Fly a Kite line. I liked the look of mixing the two different sized dotted patterns. It’s hard to see in the photo, but I added a trio of faux stitches to the top of the green dotted panel as an accent. The sentiment is done banner-style. I anchored it at one end with a clear yellow button threaded with some jute rope.
