I paired the wrapper with one of Unity’s new Itty Bitty sets. I used the Out of This World Itty Bitty—it’s just too sweet. I stamped the image on white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. The hearts are glittered up with a Spica pen. I stamped the image a second time so I could color and cut out the planet image and add it to the image panel with foam tape. The image is set on a red big scalloped circle—I thought it kind of mirrored the curved shapes in the image.
The cup wrapper is used to add a nice, textured layer to my card. The look and feel of the recycled piece makes a great match for an earth-themed card. I cut a notch in the end of the panel and added a strip of striped fabric tape. This is actually hiding some of the glue and printing on the wrapper. The set’s sentiment is stamped above the strip in a bold red ink.
