Friends with Flair: Things Ruff?

Happy Friday! It's an especially happy one here since it's the last day of work before my spring break--yay! I think Chloe the cutie puppy and I are going to head to the beach for a few days for a little rest and relaxation. Hopefully she will behave herself and be a good houseguest at my parents' house . . .

Here's my card for today's Friends with Flair. I used the super sweet dog image from the I Ruff You kit as the focal image on my card. I colored her up with my Copic markers in golden brown tones, just like my own Chloe the cutie puppy. The image is cut out and set on a polka dot embossed panel using dimensional dots.

I stitched a scalloped strip to the edge of a striped panel from Echo Park's Springtime collection, then attached it to the pink cardfront. The image is layered over this panel and the sentiment, accented with a big pink faux suede bow is layered over the bottom edge of the image panel.
