Blogger Challenge: Week 255

This week’s blogger challenge theme is "oh, baby." I combined the current CPS sketch with some images from Clear and Simple Stamps for this baby themed card.

I used the stork image from the Special Delivery set as my focal image. The stork's die cut from white cardstock and stamped with the coordinating outline image, then shaded a bit with Copic markers. I used foam tape to attach it to a subtly dotted blue panel, then added the knotted bundle image to its bill. A fluffy white die cut felt cloud is slipped under the stork to add texture and give the panel a more sky-like look.

I layered a striped patterned paper panel along the left side of the cardfront, then added the image panel on top. The "baby on board" sentiment is stamped in navy blue ink on a light blue panel and attached to the bottom of the image panel with foam tape.
