You Are My Hero

This week’s blogger challenge theme is masculine designs. The stamp set that came in my June Simon Says Stamp card kit was perfect for the challenge. I combined it with this week’s Mojo Monday sketch and a neutral color scheme to come up with this fun card.

I used two circles and the set’s mustache image to represent the trio of round elements. I stamped the set’s “you are my hero” sentiment in brown ink on one of the cream circles. I matted both circles on mustard cardstock before arranging them on the cardfront around a chevron patterned piece of patterned paper. The mustache is added on top with foam tape. I adhered a trio of faux metal stud embellishments along the left edge of the patterned paper panel to complete the design.
