Seize the Sketch 27-I've Been Looking for You

It's time for a new sketch at Seize the Sketch!  This week's sketch is courtesy of Cathy.  I used some new stamps and coordinating dies from My Favorite Things to make my card based on the sketch.

I started off with a pair of heart patterned paper panels.  Each patterned paper square was matted with gray cardstock, then adhered to a pink card base.  Once they were in place, I die cut a pair of eyeglasses from red cardstock using the Geek Is Chic Glasses dies.  The lenses were filled in by backing the die cut piece with a scrap of shimmery silver paper.  I used foam tape to adhere the glasses to the upper right corner of one of the patterned paper panels.  The "I've been looking for you" sentiment from the Geek Is Chic set was stamped beneath the panels in gray pigment ink.
