I cut the banner three times from sparkly gold paper and arranged the banner strips behind a window opening cut in a pink cardstock panel. For contrast, I framed the inside of the window with aqua cardstock to bring in additional colors from the inspiration photo. My "lights" are different size and color sequins placed at the center of each of the banner's circle. The colors were chosen to match the ones in the inspiration photo. They definitely sparkle and shine, like the sentiment stamped beneath them, from LID's Winter Greetings set, says! To set the panel off from the pink card base, I matted it on a gold panel with the center cut out, then used foam tape to adhere it to the card base.
