Floral Best Wishes

Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge.  I combined the sketch with some elements from the inspiration photo (pink stripes and flowers) to create my card.

Floral Best Wishes card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse ConfettiI built my design on a pink striped panel.  I adhered a pink scalloped strip across the width of the cardfront, then topped it with a white die cut banner strip stamped with the "best wishes" sentiment from Reverse Confetti's Congratulations stamp set.  I used RC's Petals 'n Posies stamps and matching dies to create a bunch of flowers and a leafy branch.  After mixing and matching a few combinations, I settled on what you see here. The flowers are clustered at the left side of the sentiment and adhered with some foam tape for dimension.  I dotted the centers of the flowers with pink matte enamel dots.  Looking at the photo now, I realize one fell off before I took the photo.  I've got to see if I can find it or add a replacement one before I use the card ... The finished panel was adhered to a white card base.

Materials Used:
Petals 'n Posies and Congratulations stamp sets, Petals 'n Posies and Tag Me dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Luxe Angel Pink and Memento Tuxedo Black inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Fizz pigment ink (Avery Elle); Sweet Blush and Simply Chartreuse cardstock, Sweet Blush patterned paper, medium scallop edge die (Papertrey Ink); pink matte enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet); foam tape
