Color Throwdown 520-Swinging By

It's time for another Color Throwdown!  Wanda is our hostess this week with a pretty, earthy color combination--kraft, green, brown, and cream.  I paired the colors with the current challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges and stamps from Lawn Fawn to create this friendship themed design.

For the focal image, I colored up a monkey and some leafy branches from the Love Ya Bunches set, then cut out the colored images with the matching dies.  I arranged the images to fit inside a round opening in a kraft pierced rectangle panel that I'd adhered to a cream card base with foam tape.   The sentiment is in two parts.  The first is a narrow green strip stamped with "swinging by to say" that I positioned just beneath the images, tucking it underneath one of the monkey's hands.  The rest of the sentiment is finished beneath the round opening.
