Out of This World

Here's my card for this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge.  I paired images from two MFT stamp sets for my space themed design.

I colored up the rocket from the Out of this World set and the moon and planet from the Space Explorer set to create my trio of images.  The images were cut out with my Scan 'n Cut machine.  For my space background, I covered a white card base with a piece of star patterned paper, edged with a band of gold cardstock.  The images were arranged on the cardfront using foam tape for dimension.  The "you're out of this world" sentiment was stamped on a gold fishtail flag strip and adhered to the card base, tucking one end beneath the raised rocket image.
