Love Ya Bunches

Love Ya Bunches card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn
The theme for the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge is "lots of love."  I answered the challenge with this sweet design using Lawn Fawn's Love Ya Bunches stamp set.

I started off by using a pair of stencils to create my background--a cloud stencil and blue distress ink for the sky and a grass stencil with green ink for the grass.  The inked panel was adhered to a coordinating green card base.  Once the background was done, I planned my scene.  I stamped and colored a monkey image, a bunch of bananas, and a pair of vines. After die cutting the colored images, I arranged them on the background panel using foam tape for dimension.  I mixed and matched sentiments from the set to get the "love ya bunches" sentiment.  A teeny tiny heart stamped next to the monkey image and colored with a red marker finished the scene.

Materials Used:
Love Ya Bunches stamp set, Love Ya Bunches dies (Lawn Fawn); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Crushed Olive and Tumbled Glass distress inks (Ranger); markers (Copic); Old Olive cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Cloud and Grassy Edges stencils (My Favorite Things); foam tape
