Go Get Carried Away
Here's my card for the current challenge at The Paper Players. I used the sketch and some images I colored as part of the current Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge to create a sweet birthday card.
The images are from Mama Elephant. I combined the bunny from Up and Away with the balloon and string from Pandamonium to create my scene. The images were colored with Copic markers, then cut out with the matching dies before being adhered to a piece of aqua patterned paper using foam tape. I matted the patterned paper panel on darker aqua paper, then positioned it on the right side of a pale aqua card base. The birthday sentiment from the Carried Away set was stamped in black ink on a red fishtail flag strip. I adhered the strip beneath the bunny image, directly on the cardfront, to complete the design.
Materials Used:
Up and Away, Carried Away, and Pandamonium stamp sets, Up and Away and Pandamonium dies (Mama Elephant); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Aqua Mist and Hawaiian Shores cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Red Punch cardstock (Recollections); Alphabet Soup Boy "Ledger" designer paper (My Mind's Eye); Fishtail Flag STAX dies (My Favorite Things); foam tape
