Color Throwdown 553-Quite Cool

It's time for another Color Throwdown! Broni is our hostess this week with a bold and bright mix of colors--orange, pink, and yellow.

I paired the colors with the current sketch at CAS(e) this Sketch.  I started out with a bright yellow card base and added a wide orange cardstock strip to the bottom of the cardfront.  A pair of bright pink strips in varying widths were adhered to the left side of the cardfront.  I colored up a pair of popsicles from Concord & 9th's Sweet & Cool stamp set using Copic markers and cut them out with the matching die.  After coating them with some clear glitter for an icy look, I used foam tape to adhere them to the cardfront.  A trio of clear flat sequin "drips" were  arranged around the images.  I stamped the set's "I think you're quite cool" sentiment at the lower right corner of the corner to finish the design.
