Grateful for You

Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge.  I combined the sketch with elements from the inspiration photo (leaves and color scheme) for this fall design.

Grateful for You card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Concord & 9thI used Concord & 9th's Layering Leaves dies to create a pair of two toned leaves in warm shades of rust and mustard.  The leaves were adhered to a shimmery gold panel that I matted on brown cardstock.  The matted panel was adhered to a mustard card base over a wide strip of rust cardstock.  For the sentiment, I used C&9's Grateful Leaf die set to cut the word "grateful" from brown cardstock.  The word was adhered over the gold and rust panels, overlapping the leaf pair.  I finished the sentiment by stamping "for you" from the Lace Leaf stamp set beneath the die cut word.  A trio of gold glitter enamel dots arranged around the rust panel completed the design.

Materials Used:
Lace Leaf stamp set, Layering Leaves and Grateful Leaf dies (Concord & 9th); Memento Rich Cocoa ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); More Mustard, Really Rust, and Close to Cocoa cardstock (Stampin' Up!); gold paper (Target); gold glitter enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet)
