Truly Grateful

Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge.  I combined the sketch with elements from the inspiration photo (framed chalkboard, elegant cursive font, and foliage) for this thankfulness themed design.

Truly Grateful card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Reverse Confetti
My foliage is in the form of leaves from Reverse Confetti's Fall Foliage stamp set.  The leaves were colored with Copic markers then cut out by hand.  I used foam tape to arrange the images on a dark gray cardstock panel.  The sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink on a die cut light green banner strip, then heat embossed in pretty rose gold embossing powder.  The banner was positioned over the bottom two leaves using more foam tape.  To bring in more of the pretty metallic element, I arranged a trio of rose gold sequins around the leaves.  The arrangement was framed with a gold rectangle, then adhered to a light green card base that matches the sentiment strip

Materials Used:
Fall Foliage stamp set, Tag Me dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Tuxedo Black and Versafine inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Grout Gray cardstock, Pierced Rectangle STAX dies (My Favorite Things); Spring Moss cardstock (Papertrey Ink); gold paper (Target); Rose Gold embossing powder (Lawn Fawn); Rose Gold sequins (Pretty Pink Posh); foam tape
