Cheers to Your Birthday
The theme for the current My Favorite Things Birthday Project challenge is "cheers."  I incorporated the theme into my card with the fun Mondo Cheers die, cut from gold foil paper.  The gold makes the large, elegant word even more eye-catching!  I cut the word a second time from craft foam and layered the pieces for dimension before adhering them to a pink panel over a die cut vellum champagne glass filled with gold foil "champagne."  The "to your birthday" sentiment from the A Toast to You stamp set was stamped directly under the die cut word in black ink.  I added a trio of gold sequins around the glass as an accent before matting the finished panel on gold foil and adhering it to a pale pink card base.
Materials Used:
A Toast to You stamp set, Layered Champagne Glass and Mondo Cheers dies (My Favorite Things); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Sweet Blush cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Gold Foil cardstock, white vellum (Recollections); gold sequins; craft foam; foam tape
