Birthday Balloon Bouquet

Here's my card for the current challenge at CAS(e) this Sketch.  I used the layout's large panel as a backdrop for a trio of festive monochromatic pink balloons made with Concord & 9th's Happy Balloons dies.  The balloons were arranged on the panel using foam tape for dimension.  I matted the panel on dark pink cardstock before adhering it to the right side of a pale pink card panel. For the sentiment, I stamped "happy birthday" from C&9th's Top it Off stamp set in dark pink ink on a pink banner strip.  I used more foam tape to position the strip across the bottom of the image panel.  A trio of pink sequins arranged around the balloons added a final festive touch to the birthday themed design.
