Thank You Very Much

Here's my card for the current challenge at CAS Colours and Sketches.  I used the layout to create a fun bear themed thank you card using stamps from Reverse Confetti.

Thank You Very Much card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Reverse Confetti
The bear image from the Chalk It Up set was colored with Copic markers, then cut out by hand--I was too lazy to get my Scan 'n Cut set up... The set's thank you sentiment was stamped in white pigment ink at the center of the image's chalkboard.  I heat embossed the text in white for a chalk-like look.  The colored image was adhered to a white panel using foam tape for dimension.  I matted the panel on kraft cardstock before adhering it to the center of a red cardstock panel.  I used some long-neglected circle punches to create circles from kraft and red gingham papers.  After layering the circles, I arranged them on the red panel, tucking the two largest circles underneath the top and bottom edges of the image panel. The finished panel was adhered to a kraft card base to match the mat beneath the image panel.

Materials Used:
Chalk It Up stamp set (Reverse Confetti); Memento Tuxedo Black and Memento Luxe Wedding Dress inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Riding Hood Red cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Kraft cardstock, Pure Poppy patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); circle punches (Marvy Uchida); Snow embossing powder (Recollections); foam tape
