Words Are Never Enough

Here's my card for the current challenge at the Paper Craft Crew. I used the sketch and the Sketched Florals stamp set from Reverse Confetti for this simple, elegant thank  you card.

Words Are Never Enough card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Reverse Confetti
I stamped the outline of the set's leafy branch image with black ink and filled it in using the solid images with pink and green pigment inks.  The stamped image was cut out with the matching die and set aside while I assembled the rest of the card. The thank you sentiment from the The Most Beauty stamp set was stamped in green ink on a pale green oval.  I matted the oval on darker green cardstock, then adhered it to a matching pale green card base over a pair of horizontal cardstock strips in two shades of pink. The branch image was tucked between the oval and the pink strips.  I accented the strips with a trio of pink sequins to finish the design.

Materials Used:
Sketched Florals and The Most Beauty stamp sets, Sketched Florals dies (Reverse Confetti); Memento Tuxedo Black and Bamboo Leaves and Memento Luxe Angel Pink and Pistachio inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Spring Moss, Simply Chartreuse, Hibiscus Burst, and Spring Moss cardstock (Papertrey Ink); oval dies (Spellbinders); pink sequins
