Here's my card for the current Fusion challenge. I combined the sketch with elements from the inspiration photo (color scheme, large round cream blooms, and copper) for this holiday design.
I represented the blooms in the inspiration photo with metallic cream snowflakes die cut with snowflake dies from Lil' Inker Designs. The trio of flakes were arranged on the left side of a kraft cardstock panel. I had just enough room to the right of the snowflakes to stamp "wishing you" in copper and heat emboss the text. The word "joy" was die cut from copper cardstock and positioned beneath the stamped text to complete the sentiment. I matted the kraft panel with copper cardstock to match the sentiment before adhering it to a cream card base. To bring in one final metallic element, the center of each flake was dotted with a sparkly copper crystal.Materials Used:
Jolly and Joyful stamp set, Joy Word and Snowflake dies (Lil' Inker Designs); Delicata Celestial Copper ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Brushed Copper cardstock, Classy Copper embossing powder (Stampin' Up!); Kraft cardstock (Papertrey Ink); gold self-adhesive crystals; foam tape
Beautiful card!
