Here's my card for the current challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. My version is a winter themed one using stamps from My Favorite Things.
My focal image is the snowboarding bear from the Ready, Set, Snow stamp set. I colored the bear with Copic markers before cutting out the colored image with my Scan 'n Cut machine. The layout's two triangular panels serve as snowy hills here. I cut them from shimmery white cardstock and layered them at the bottom of a blue cardfront subtly stenciled with a snowfall pattern. The image was added on top using foam tape for dimension. The set's "you make every day cooler" sentiment was stamped in red along the right slope, angled to match the panel. Super simple, but still fun!
Materials Used:
Ready, Set, Snow stamp set, Snowfall stencil (My Favorite Things); Memento Tuxedo Black and Lady Bug inks, Versamark inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Soft Sky cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Crystal Stardream metallic cardstock (The Paper Cut); foam tape
