Here's my card for the current Lawn Fawnatics cards for kids themed challenge. I used Lawn Fawn's All the Clouds stamp set and coordinating dies for this kid-friendly design.
The layout for my card comes from the current challenge at Try Stampin' on Tuesday. I also incorporated the optional pastel theme, coloring my rainbow image in softer shades than you'd see in a traditional rainbow. The rainbow was cut out with the matching die and adhered to a pale blue oval using foam tape for dimension. A sun was tucked beneath the rainbow and shimmery white clouds were positioned at either end. A trio of iridescent sequin "raindrops" were adhered beneath the clouds for a little sparkle and shine.
I adhered the image panel to a pale yellow cardstock panel over a pink dotted patterned paper panel and a long celery green fishtail flag strip dressed up with a piece of knotted pink gingham ribbon. The "sending sunshine" sentiment from LF's Birthday Before 'n Afters stamp set was stamped at the bottom of the dotted panel in black ink. The finished panel was adhered to a coordinating pink card base.
Materials Used:
All the Clouds and Birthday Before 'n Afters stamp sets, All the Clouds dies (Lawn Fawn); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Soft Sky, Certainly Celery and Barely Banana cardstock, pink grosgrain ribbon (Stampin' Up!); Sweet Blush patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); oval dies (Spellbinders); Fishtail Flag STAX dies (My Favorite Things); iridescent sequins; foam tape
